Kathmandu – In Nepali Christian music field, a new song called ‘Prashansa’ composed by Pastor Raju Sundas of Hosanna Congregation has been released in Kathmandu.

During a program held at the Hosanna Church in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Salomi Timothy, a Christian singer with a pleasing voice, and Pastor Sundas of Hosanna Sewkai Nepal jointly released the video of the song.

The ‘prashansa’ song composed to glorify, praise and worship the Lord in the Nepali Church is taken from the Nepali Bible’s Psalm 103: 1-5.

Singer Mamta Gurung has a melodious voice in the song Prashansa, Lydia Lama, Principal of Lavender Pre School has lyrics and music and Udayaraj Paudel has arranged the song.

Hosanna, which is the annual hymn of the church, is intended to give a special message that we should always be grateful to His right, as the Bible verse says.

The music video directed by Ganesh Shahi, who is also the lyricist of Prasad film Lai Lai song, features Hanna Wadi and Esther Wadi from Hosanna Church ministry.

Dinesh Parajuli and Vishal Thapa shot the video of the song, edited by colorist and editor Dinsan Shah. This song has been released through https://www.youtube.com/@dmmnepalofficial DMM Nepal Official YouTube channel.

To praise means to respect the Lord from the depth of the heart, so this devotional song is suitable for glorifying, praising and worshiping the Lord in the Nepali Church, said the producer, Pastor Sundas. He claimed that this song is encouraging, inspiring and satisfying for the Nepali Church, that it reflects love, respect and respect for the Lord and helps to proclaim the holiness and truth of Christ.

Niroj Tolange, secretary of Christian Journalist Fellowship Nepal and editor of Ratopati News, while reviewing the song, said that this song has succeeded in addressing the respect and devotion to God in the depths of the heart.

The chief guest of the release program, Salomi Timothy, a famous singer of the Christian world, expressed her happiness that God was glorified through a song of praise. “Since the production of the video of the song, which was made with a lot of hard work, is based on the biblical foundation, there does not seem to be any deficiency in the production of the video according to the audio in terms of words, music and singing, I want to wish the success of the song,” Chief guest Timothee said, “Also, the melodious voice of singer Mamta Gurungjee has given a special address to the song. Pastor Raju Sundasji is the initiator of bringing very good songs to the audience and sources, I see that this song will also become popular.”

In the release program, senior composer Subas Bhushal, producer of Pujar Sarki movie, senior video editor Tekendra Shah who has edited more than 5 thousand videos, journalist Dinesh Shrestha, Jyoti Ghar Nepal President Phurpa Chhiring Lama, Educate Nepal President Ramkrishna Mizar, Our Ghar Nepal President Devisara Wadi (Hanna ) and other guests were present.

The song called ‘Prashansa’ is a song full of devotion and thanksgiving from the heart.
