KATHMANDU: Six bills, including key financial and governance-related legislations, were tabled in Friday’s meeting of National Assembly.
National Assembly Secretary Tul Bahadur Kandel presented messages received from the House of Representatives regarding the following bills:
- Economic Bill, 2083
- National Debt Raising Bill, 2083
- Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083
- Asset (Money Laundering) Prevention (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083
Secretary Kandel also tabled House messages concerning the:
- Cooperative (First Amendment) Bill, 2083
- Bill to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Relating to Health Science Academies, 2083
The bills were formally presented before the National Assembly after being transmitted by the House of Representatives, marking the next stage of the legislative process.
