KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has issued the Cooperative (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083, following a recommendation from the government.
According to the Office of the President, the ordinance was officially promulgated today.
The move introduces amendments to the existing cooperative law, aiming to strengthen and regulate the cooperative sector more effectively.
