KATHMANDU: Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has been elected as the Chairman of the Nepal Samajwadi Party (New Power) with a huge majority of votes.
Bhattarai has been elected as the Chairman, defeating another candidate for the Chairman, Netra Chapai, the Nepal Samajwadi Party (New Power).
The results of the vote have not yet been announced. It is said that a formal announcement will be made at a press conference at 5 pm. A formal announcement program has been scheduled at Siddhicharan Hall of Nepal Pragya Pratishthan in Kathmandu.
