TULASIPUR: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said his party was reaching out to people to know about their needs.

He argued that the people were now positive towards his party with increasing trust.

At a press meet organized by Press Centre Dang at Ghorahi today, Chair Dahal shared that it would be beneficial for the Maoist Centre if the incumbent government would remain in the power till next election. “People have much hope in us. So we are not carrying out any activities to topple down the incumbent government”, he mentioned.

Stating that there is problem in the ruling alliance and some weaknesses in the Maoist Centre as well, Chair Dahal laid emphasis on the need of moving head correcting the weaknesses.

He, however, said the Maoist Centre would contest coming election on its own strength.
