In Nepal, Deputy Secretary Verma will lead a delegation to engage with senior government officials, development professionals, and business leaders.

The discussions will focus on shared priorities including economic development, women’s empowerment, energy, and people-to-people ties.

Following the visit to Nepal, Deputy Secretary Verma will travel to New Delhi, India from August 17-22.

In India, he will meet with senior government officials, climate leaders, and representatives from the aerospace industry and academia.
