KATHMANDU: The responsibility of the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and the Ministry of Forests and Environment has been entrusted to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
Health Minister Pradeep Yadav, Forest Minister Nawal Kishor Sah ‘Sudi’, and State Minister for Health Hasina Khan resigned, prompting the Prime Minister to take charge of these ministries.
The Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) had withdrawn its support to the government, leading several ministers to resign.
Their resignations were accepted, and Prime Minister Ramchandra Paudel assigned the responsibilities of the respective ministries to Prime Minister Dahal.
