Janakpurdham- The Madhesh state government has brought a budget of 43 billion rupees for the next fiscal year, 2024/25.

In the Madhesh Pradesh Assembly, the finance minister of the province, Bharat Shah, has presented a budget of 43.89 billion 21 lakh rupees for the next financial year.

The government has reduced the budget of the next financial year by about 22 million rupees compared to the current financial year. A budget of 44 billion 11 million rupees was allocated for the current financial year.

Out of the budget brought by the provincial government, 16 billion 7 lakh 1 thousand rupees have been allocated for current expenses, while 27 billion 89 million 14 lakh 69 thousand rupees have been kept for capital.
