The government is not in favor of splitting the ministry: Home Minister Lamichhane

Kathmandu – In today’s meeting of the top leaders of the power partner parties, the minimum common program of the government was discussed.

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Ravi Lamichhane informed that after the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s Residence Baluwatar, the issue of corruption control and improving service delivery will be prioritized to finalize the minimum common program by tomorrow.

He said that in today’s meeting, the division of ministries between the central and state governments was discussed. He clarified that the government is not in favor of splitting the ministry.
