No one should die due to financial hardship: Health Minister Basnet

KATHMANDU: Health Minister Mohan Basnet has stated that no one should die owing to a lack of funds.

In the meeting of Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, he said that the ministry is treating citizens who have no money. No one should die as a result of a lack of funds. He claims that the ministry treats 4 to 17 persons every day.

Minister Basnet stated that he had come to work and that he would quit if there was any weakness on his part.
