As the order emphasizes the need for the effective functioning of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission within a month, the government must implement measures as per the directives within this timeframe.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court has also cautioned the government to ensure that the aggrieved party receives prompt and accurate information about their case within 15 days of the directive.<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court directive was issued in response to a writ filed by conflict victim advocate Gyanendraraj Aran.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a directive on behalf of the government to establish the Truth and Reconciliation Commission within one month.
