KATHMANDU:<\/strong> Rabi Lamichhane, Chair of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), questioned in court on Tuesday, \u201cWhat evidence would I have destroyed if I had been released?\u201d<\/p>\n

He made this comment during his appearance before the Kaski District Court, where a decision was being made on the extension of his detention.<\/p>\n

Kaski Police presented Lamichhane to the district court on Tuesday, requesting a final extension of his detention.<\/p>\n

Later, the Kaski District Court approved an additional four-day remand for Lamichhane and Chhabilal Joshi, following the expiration of their previous five-day remand in connection with the cooperative fraud case.<\/p>\n

In front of Judge Himlal Belbase\u2019s bench, Lamichhane asked, \u201cWhat evidence would I have destroyed if I had been released, sir?\u201d<\/p>\n
