KATHMANDU: The government has passed the Social Media Operation Guideline 2080 with amendments.
The Council of Ministers meeting held on Thursday passed the Social Media Operation Guideline 2080.
Minister of Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma informed that the directive will be implemented after the decision of the Council of Ministers.
The topics of the directory have not been made public. However, government officials say that the government is trying to regulate the operation of social networks.
