Kathmandu – The local elections will be held on May 30. The government has decided to hold the local level elections in one phase on 30th of Baisakh 2079.
The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday took this decision.
A minister informed that the decision will be taken on May 30 based on the consultation of the Election Commission. Earlier, the parties had reached an agreement on holding the elections on May 4.
