Kathmandu- The special court will not hear cases other than detention. Due to the increase in corona infection, all services except detention have been suspended. Due to the increased risk of corona infection, the special court will only hear the cases of detainees.
Apart from that, the special court will only process the extension of the detention period. Currently, there are very limited number of cases in the special court which include detention.
The special court has stopped the trial of all cases except detention. The work of giving appearance and other dates will not be done.
