Action for sending students abroad illegally

Kathmandu – The Ministry of Home Affairs has warned that action will be taken against consultancies that illegally send students abroad for studies.
The ministry issued a statement on Monday and warned that such educational consultants will be punished if they are found to have acted against the law while sending students abroad.
According to the ministry, such complaints are increasing recently. The ministry also said that the government is monitoring the organizations that are doing activities against the law.
If any educational counseling centers are found to be doing illegal work, it has been suggested through a statement to give notice or complaint to the district administration office, police office in Nepal and in the case of foreign Nepali missions abroad.
