CPN-UML has issued an inter-party directive. In the inter-party directive issued for the first time after the party split, the state and local people’s representatives have been instructed not to participate in the party split. Similarly, in the inter-party instructions issued to implement the decisions of the Standing Committee and Central Committee meetings, it is said that the ordinance brought for party division will not be affected.
It is stated in the directive that, in view of party division, in the recently issued ordinance, a provision has been made that local level people’s representatives can leave the party as well. With the conclusion that the provision of the ordinance is against the letter and spirit of the constitution, the meeting has decided to make a legal countermeasure against the provision.
