Surkhet- Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that he will provide relief after monitoring the damage caused due to continuous rain.
Talking to reporters at Surkhet Airport on Thursday morning, he said that more relief will be given after monitoring the loss of life and property of citizens.
Prime Minister Deuba, who went to monitor the flood-affected areas of Sudurpaschim Province, spent about half an hour at Surkhet Airport. He announced that the government will provide proper compensation, saying that there has been a huge loss due to the floods in the country.
The Prime Minister has come to inspect the damage caused by the floods in Karnali and Sudurpaschim. Prime Minister Deuba will return to Kathmandu only tomorrow.
